As a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner at ProService Hawai‘i, he supports local employers in hiring, managing, and growing their workforce with tailored HR solutions. In addition to his role at ProService, he is the Founder of SMT Holdings, a Hawai‘i-based family business group. Tyler holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a proud graduate of Lahainaluna High School and the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s Shidler College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Passionate about giving back, he serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Lahainaluna High School Foundation.

With over 35 years of experience in creative direction, April Rutherford has played a key role in shaping Hawai‘i’s advertising industry. As Senior Vice President of Creative and Executive Creative Director at Anthology Marketing Group, the largest marketing and communications firm in the Pacific, she leads award-winning campaigns that bring brands to life. Throughout her career, she has worked with top agencies, using her expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and visual communication to create impactful marketing solutions. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and has dedicated her career to elevating the creative community. She previously served as President of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Hawai‘i and currently sits on the Board of Directors for AAF District 13, continuing to mentor and support the next generation of industry professionals.

Jade Lun is the Founder of Jade Agency Hawai‘i, a design and marketing firm dedicated to empowering local brands through strategic creativity. She also serves as a Senior Art Director at Edward Jones, a leading financial services company, where she applies her expertise in brand storytelling, design, and visual communication to large-scale marketing initiatives. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Art Direction and a Minor in Marketing from Columbia College Chicago, Jade spent ten years in the Midwest working as an Art Director for top advertising agencies before coming to Hawai‘i. She is an active leader in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Hawai‘i and Ad 2 Hawai‘i.
