Pono, a word from ‘Ōlelo Hawaiʻi meaning "righteousness," is a panel event dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, belonging, and justice within Hawaiʻi media and advertising.

This event will bring together industry professionals to explore how DEI is successfully integrated into award-winning campaigns.

Attendees will watch ten award-winning commercials that exemplify DEI principles. A panel of media and DEI experts will provide insights into what makes these campaigns effective, discussing themes such as representation, authenticity, and social impact.
